Software architect, engineer and team lead who took an idea to a working, global, real-time product — and founded the company to own and operate it.
Michael is the architect and technical owner of Vector Byte's platforms. He designed the architecture of WarmLine, directed the build of its mobile app and server, and runs it in production — from live video to payments, moderation and ten-language support. He does not just describe a vision; he owns the build end to end, tests it on real devices, and keeps improving it.
As a founder he works the business side with the same rigour: positioning the product, designing its economy and safety rules, preparing the company for investment and partnerships, and deciding what to build next — and what to leave out. As a lead, he breaks ambitious work into clear pieces, sets the quality bar, reviews the results, and ships.
Architect
Designs systems end to end: real-time media, payments and wallet logic, data, security and the infrastructure underneath them.
Engineer
Hands-on across mobile and server: builds, tests and releases production software to real devices — not slideware.
Team lead
Plans the work, directs specialists, reviews the output and holds the standard until it ships clean.
